Reservations
If the client wishes to cancel the reservation, he/she must do it at least 10 days before the beginning of the course, in this way the TOTAL COURSE PAID WILL BE REFUNDED.
If the cancellation is made later, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount paid for the course will be charged.
(E.g.: Week course: 120 € of which 24 € will not be refunded. Weekend course: 60 € of which 12 € will not be refunded).
Changes to the course dates can be made 10 days before the beginning of the course, at no additional charge.
In case the change is made later, the client will have to pay an increase of 20% of the total amount of the course.
It is also subject to availability of places.

In the COURSES menu we offer a list of all activities.
Within the explanation of each Course there is a tab called "RESERVATION" where you can make a request for the desired date, number of people and other information.
Once the RESERVATION is confirmed, we will give you the documentation to formalize the reservation (Student Form and Contract Conditions).
You can print it, delivering it before the beginning of the course duly completed (REQUIRED).
The Documentation will be given to you directly when the reservation is made at the School.
In case the reservation has been made by email, telephone or via web, we will send it to you by email to the email account you provide us with.
